Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
Returns & Refunds
Products once opened/used cannot be returned due to the nature of agri-inputs.
Refunds will only be considered if:
The wrong product was delivered.
The product was damaged during transit (must be reported within 48 hours with evidence).
The product is defective due to manufacturing issues.
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Evidence Required
Customers must provide clear photo/video evidence of the damaged/wrong product for refund eligibility.
Non-Refundable Cases
Incorrect storage or usage by the customer.
Delays caused by courier partners after dispatch.
Products opened, partially used, or without original packaging.
